It has been awhile since I posted anything, so I will try to catch up.  Part of the reason is that many of the campground have poor wi-fi and our Verizon jetpack with unlimited data is being “managed” to the point where it is not usable.

On our last day in Vicksburg we went to the Coca Cola museum.  This is not where Coke originated, but rather where it was first bottled.  It is a small museum, but interesting.  Below are pictures from the museum.

After Vicksburg we went to Choudrant, LA.  Please do not ask me how to pronounce the name.  Choudrant, LA is one exit East of Ruston off I-20.  We stayed at Dick Albritton’s shop.  Dick’s shop specialized in our type of motorhome.  The location is rural and each morning and evening we would watch the deer graze.  The two main things we had done was a wiring problem fixed and the coach sealed.  Alfa, the manufacturer of our coach, is infamous for not sealing all the holes in the coach.

From Choudrant, LA we had planned to head to Wellington, KS.  We postponed the trip as the weather to the North of us was really bad.  As the result we relocated to Lincoln Parish Park in Ruston.  This is a beautiful local park that is run by the Parish.  The lot rent was only $25.00 per night for a full hookup.  Our site overlooked a river and every morning the ducks would come around looking for a handout.  Below are some pictures from the park.
